Welcome to The Village Pop Up, Bedford Place. At the heart of Southampton's creative scene and student population, Bedford Place is Southampton's answer to London's famous Shoreditch with an array of indepedent specialist shops, wine bars, cafes and restaurants. @ The Village Pop Up, we plan to bring the market experience to Bedford Place and the new pedestrianised areas in Carlton Place and Lower Bannister Street.

Starting with a Shopping Party that coincides with the arrival of students in September, we will be planning exciting themed markets throughout the year. This will be in additions to the annual Bedford Place Summer Festival and hopefully a Christmas market coming soon...

At Bedford Place, we are local first and as a result, we are working with local shops to help provide electricity and support on market days. In return, we plan to advertise and promote all businesses who join the group.
